My stay at Barakat Burhan Hotel was definitely worth the money. The room was incredibly spacious, unlike any other hotel in the area. The new bedding and carpet gave a fresh feel, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were polite and attentive, and the transportation service to and from Haram was extremely helpful. The parking within the building was a great convenience. The tea served at the hotel was also delicious, and my mother loved it. it was a very good experience.
The only area where the breakfast could have been improved is the variety of options available.

We liked rooms for clean up. There were climate control, multi-channel television and a refrigerator provided. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent for traveling around Mecca, just off the bus station. It also was in front of bus stop.
The staff we met were a bit rude.

We were impressed by the smooth check, in process and the helpfulness and politeness of the desk staff. the hotel may not be new or meet international 4, star standards, but it was clean, comfortable, and provided good value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the availability of a shuttle bus service to and from the Grand Mosque, although it may not be as frequent as the hotel next door. Another positive aspect was the reliable and accessible Wi, Fi throughout the hotel. we had a positive experience and would consider staying here again in the future. Cons: Nothing. 🚫.

We loved our stay at this place. The location was perfect - right in front of Saptco buses to Haram and near the bus station. The service was exceptional - housekeeping was on point and the room amenities, including the ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities, made our stay even more comfortable. The room itself was spacious with a sitting area, dining table, and a flat-screen TV. And the free wi-fi in rooms was a great perk. We appreciated the free toiletries and enjoyed the comfortable carpeted floor.
We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Had a great new year vacation here! Enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks in the lobby. The shuttle service was very convenient and took me to a key location in just a few minutes. The hotel was in a great location, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was very comfortable and it was nice to have a TV with some English channels.
The breakfast buffet wasn't great - limited options and the food didn't taste very fresh. My room was also a bit noisy at times, which made it hard to sleep.
